Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

By downloading or using CogShift you agree to these terms. CogShift is offered by Damian Obajtek, Poland (kontakt@cogshift.app).

What you may do

The CogShift apps for macOS and Windows that you download from this website are free to use, for yourself, on your own devices. The versions in the App Store, Google Play and the Microsoft Store are free to download and include a free trial; after the trial you unlock CogShift with a one-time purchase, which is not a subscription and does not renew. The store processes the purchase, and refunds follow the store's rules.

What you may not do

The source code is not published. You may not redistribute, sell, modify or reverse engineer the apps, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms.

No warranty

CogShift is experimental and is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It can stop working when the Clicks, MyWhoosh or your operating system change. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for damage that results from using it or from being unable to use it.

Third-party components

The components bundled with CogShift keep their own licenses. Each download includes THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and the license files.

Trademarks

"Zwift" and "Zwift Click" are trademarks of Zwift, Inc., used only to describe compatible hardware. CogShift is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zwift, MyWhoosh, Wahoo or BikeControl.

Changes

When these terms change, this page shows the new text and date. They apply to versions you download afterwards.
